Desk Yoga

So many of us spend hours on end working at our desk.  Hunched over the computer, barely taking the time to pause never mind include a little bit of self care in our day.  I recently collaborated with some friends to create 5 short videos to encourage you to take a few minutes out of your day for yourself.  It doesn’t involve a mat or even really moving from your chair – you can just push yourself away from your desk and take a few minutes for yourself.

Taking time out isn’t selfish or lazy.  It actually helps increase your productivity and creates a little bit more space and flow so that you can keep working and still continue to bring forth your best ideas.
