Reiki, Emotional Freedom Technique and Trauma Release Work

Healing Sessions are available in person either at your home or a space that I provide, or if you are not local Skype sessions are also an option.

Reiki Healing:  Reiki is a form of energy healing. During a session I channel universal energy to help you with emotional, spiritual, and physical issues. To find out more about Reiki check out these posts on my blog.   Reiki can be done in person or as a distance session.

Emotional Freedom Technique Hamilton

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT): Emotional Freedom Technique, or EFT, is the psychological acupressure technique that can help balance emotional issues as well as physical pain. Very often those of us with anxiety get stuck in the emotional state of fight or flight. Using this tool helps us lessen this fear based impulse in our body and helps to balance out our emotional state. If you are tired of living with Anxiety, or Pain, and even just ready to let go of some of the fear that might be holding you back this is the perfect tool to start finding the connections in your body to help rewire your brain.

Trauma Release Exercises (TRE):  Life can be challenging as we experience many things that do not go according to plan. If you have experienced some form of trauma in your life this sequence of movement helps to bring the body to release stored baggage. We fatigue the muscles to the point of causing tremors in the body to let go of any old patterns.
