Healing for YouReiki, Emotional Freedom Technique and Trauma Release Work
Healing comes in many forms. When you have gone the mainstream route but know that you can feel better than you do perhaps energetic healing is right for you.
Being open to the many ways that we as humans can heal ourselves as well as allowing our own inner knowing to come through is part of what happen when we work with energetic healing.
Reiki is a form of energy healing. Each session is unique.
Sometimes people feel a general sense of relaxation and refreshment after being on the table.
Sometimes people journey.
Sometimes answers to questions you’ve had for a long time come through.
Sometimes images or people come to you.
Often Reiki can help shift energy that you have been carrying around for a long time. Energy that you thought would have been left behind but for whatever reason it hasn’t been.
Each session will be a completely different experience.

I first met Anita about a year and a half ago. My wife had attended one of her workshops and spent some one on one time with her. She described her experience to me and we both agreed on having some Reiki sessions done. I had never done Reiki before but had been dealing with some stomach issues, a chronic back problem, and a generally high level of stress. I had explored many other forms of treatment for my issues but didn’t have much success.
My first session was an amazing experience in which I really started to feel my energy flowing through me. During subsequent sessions I began to learn to allow my body and mind to relax and let go of all of the things that were plaguing me. Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT): Emotional Freedom Technique, or EFT, is the psychological acupressure technique that can help balance emotional issues as well as physical pain. Very often those of us with anxiety get stuck in the emotional state of fight or flight. Using this tool helps us lessen this fear based impulse in our body and helps to balance out our emotional state. If you are tired of living with Anxiety, or Pain, and even just ready to let go of some of the fear that might be holding you back this is the perfect tool to start finding the connections in your body to help rewire your brain.
Trauma Release Exercises (TRE): Life can be challenging as we experience many things that do not go according to plan. If you have experienced some form of trauma in your life this sequence of movement helps to bring the body to release stored baggage. We fatigue the muscles to the point of causing tremors in the body to let go of any old patterns.
