Iliotibial Band Yoga
Have you been searching for a good stretch for your iliotibial band? If you have then look no further than this short video.
The image just below shows where on your body the IT Band is located.
When you do this stretch, you are not only working some space in through the iliotibial band, but you are also allowing the whole side body to be opened. We are creating space in between the ribs as well as through the oblique muscles.
If you feel tingling up the arms when you do this stretch you can either cushion the arms to relieve that or if that’s not an option you can bring the arms down by the side.
