Welcome – Anita Kaiser – Video Transcript 

Welcome!  My name is Anita Kaiser and I am the founder of Anita Kaiser Yoga and Wellness.

I am a healer and yoga teacher and am excited to get started sharing my knowledge of healing with you.  Over the course of this year my intention is to share little tidbits each week about various tips and tricks that I use and love.  Some of these will be to help anxiety, some will be to help move with less pain, some will be informational, and some of a more practical nature.

My deepest desire is to help you find calm in your body, space in your mind, and comfort in your soul.  I want to help you be who you want to be – living in the present moment, awake, healthy and on your healing journey.

You will find as time goes by that I have a unique set of tools in my tool belt that I enjoy utilizing as the time feels right.  In my private practice, I pull from various modalities.  Sometimes these are styles of yoga, sometimes these are aspects of the yogic life, some of these are additional alternative methodologies that I have found helpful in my personal life.
